41 mm x 41 mm x 2.5 mm thickness.
MP3270 inserts are designed to accommodate
6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm and 16 mm 0 fixings.
Normal cutting positions are between lugs as indicated.
Non standard lengths can be supplied in increments of
200 mm.
Recommended loading on MP3270 inserts in
average strength concrete with a safety factor of
approximately 3, Inserts 300 mm and over
900 kgf pull out per 300 mm.
When ordering nuts to fit MP3270 inserts, they are:
Finishes PG, HG 7 SS Standard Length: 6 m Wt: 17.82 kg per length.
16 mm – Unistrut Stud Nut (63 mm or 102 mm long)
12 mm – MP3013/M 12
10 mm – MP3008/M 10
8 mm – MP3007/M 8
6 mm – MP3006/M 6
